Super 8 by Wyndham Johnstown/Gloversville

Not at all what I expected. A hand towel in bathroom was dirty. No closet or bureau. Flying bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast: the plastic knife provided would not split a bagel or english muffin....bent and broke...and was too flimsy to even spread the butter. The friends i met there from other states had requested assessible rooms as they have mobility issues, but were given rooms on the 3rd floor. No elevator or carts to bring luggage in was not good.

It’s a great place to lay your head, no judgement if you e been mining all .day, front desk is accommodating..and walking distance to a steak house…bagels, toast and coffee for breakfast while getting ready to get on road, Easy parking and access (no elevator so be sure to request first floor, we witnessed a group being very disrespectful to wonderful desk clerk about an online reservation that they booked incorrectly themselves ))

Sufficient for a one night stay. Hotel is a bit aged but rooms were clean.

The staff and service people are very helpful.

A pretty quiet area with several dining places and shops. Liked the town very much. What we didn't like was the mice in the room and the room next door.

Acceptable accommodations for the price.

Pretty grungy and smelly. The "breakfast" is coffee and juice and stale bread. No fruit or egg or meat or yogurt or any of the other standard hotel grab and go breakfasts.
