The only thing i didn't like was the bathroom. The room i was in only had one glass door it was suppose to have two and water went everywhere. I ended up changing rooms.

The location and staff

The breakfast was not up to par with any of the other 6 Home2 suites we've stayed at. The food was cold and there was not much to choose from. Seating near the food bar was pretty terrible and made this pretty hectic.

Checked in around 10 pm, got to our room and the tv does not work. Rang the front desk, no answer. Went down to front desk, 3 guests waiting for someone to help them, no one came. Will address in the morning.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We arrived late and we liked that we weren’t the only ones up that late.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a concrete bed. The hallways didn’t have a pleasant smell. Breakfast was extremely lacking. Went down at 8 and almost everything was gone. They only had real plates and utensils??? At a hotel?? Make that make sense.

The room was clean, spacious and modern. The staff was helpful and friendly. The reason for a 4 star rating is that the bed was too firm for my taste with pillows that sunk in completely.

The property is nestled in a quiet location. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and indoor pool!

Sheets for sofa bed were not sealed in bagging upon arrival. Front desk gave new linen upon request; however it made me wonder if all bedding were changed prior to arrival. In the second day of stay other guests arrived and places such as the pool were no longer left clean. Chewed gum was left on the floor and tables, as well as used towels.

Everything!

There was nothing we did not like.
