Location was perfect, right in the middle of Ortegia. Room was spacious, very clean and the breakfast lovely. Faustia and Elio were very informative about the area around as well as further a field.

Huge comfortable apartment in the heart of Ortiga. Charming hosts, we couldn’t have asked for more. It was such a privilege and a pleasure to be able to stay here during our holiday in Sicily. We hope one day to return.

The apartment was in an ideal central position. Fausta and Elio were I incredibly welcoming and imformative and where available to answer any questions around the clock. Fausta gave great restaurant recommendations and on arrival some lovely treats.

"Fantastische beleving: dit moet je meemaken!"

Casa VerbaVolant is geen B&B, het is een beleving! Fausta en Elio hebben er hun levenswerk van gemaakt. Zij zijn uitgevers, die reizigers als vrienden in hun leven verwelkomen. Prachtig huis, midden in het historisch centrum, vlakbij het Domplein! Topontbijt, met streekspecialiteiten. Nog nooit eerder zo iets meegemaakt!

Helemaal niets! Zij hebben hun concept werkelijk tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt. We kregen bij vertrek een kaart: “bedankt voor jullie bezoek, jullie zijn altijd welkom bij ons!”

"Perfect apartment in excellent location with kind and generous hosts"

Everything! Elio and Fausta the hosts were incredible. From being flexible at checki in to providing a Sicilian breakfast every morning and the location just a short walk to the Duomo and the beach. We also received some excellent dining recommendations.We stayed in the Triumph room. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Ortigia.
