Una casa curata nei particolari, arredata con macchine da scrivere , libri, radio d’epoca e giradischi . Si respira un’atmosfera molto piacevole . E se si vuole ,essendo verbavolant anche casa editrice, si può approfittare per comprare i loro libri

Quel plaisir d’être hébergé à la Casa VERBA VOLANT! c'est un régal pour les yeux, l'ambiance du lieu et toutes les attentions d'Elio et Fausta! Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et vos attentions multiples ; les dégustations de spécialités au petit dejeuner sont fantastiques, sans parler des cafés et le pain d'Elio et autres surprises de Fausta, les explications sur les livres, les adresses de la ville... Vous êtes des hôtes fabuleux! L'emplacement est exceptionnel!

Perfect location. Very cute decoration of both the shared and private spaces. Very welcoming hosts.

Good location with walking distance to everything. Nice large apartment with many design details making it feel like home abroad. Comfortable bed. Decent kitchen equipment (many rental apartments barely have a minimum of what you need). Very friendly hosts that was quick to help. Not much noise from street. Nice ecological toilet products. Very nice with a Balcony making it easy to dry swim pants and providing a relaxing spot to watch the city or read a book. Even provides a library and shared washing room (we never tried it). Nice "theme" with books and typewriters.

Close to perfekt apartment except no dark curtains in the bedroom and some noise from refrigerator and/or freezer. Guests do receive both eye shade and earplugs that comes in handy if any of these things are a problem for good sleep.

Fausta & Elio were fantastic hosts. From the very personal welcome to the farewell and everything in between. Location made everything Ortigia & Siracusa easily accessible

Unsere erste Unterkunft in Sizilien und gleich so ein toller Eindruck in ALLEM. Die Stadt Siracusa ist sowieso einzigartig, die Lage nicht zu toppen. Die Gastgeber Fausta und Ellio haben in der gesamten Unterkunft ihre Leidenschaften ( Bücher, Musik, Kunst jeglicher Art....) einfließen lassen, man fühlte sich als wäre man in ihr private Wohnung eingeladen. In den Zimmern Büchern und eine Schreibmaschine, alles unter dem Motto Verlag, Bücher, Schreiben.. Wir konnten die gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsräume gar nicht so ausführlich nutzen. Das Frühstück jeden Morgen liebevoll präsentiert, immer wieder neue Leckereien zum Probieren, Süßes und Herzhaftes. Cappuccino mit Pistazien und andere feine Kaffee-Spezialitäten. Man gab uns Tipps für Restaurants und Cafés - die, die wir angetestet haben, waren wirklich hervorragend und empfehlenswert. Es gibt auch Selbstversorger-Apartments, gut ausgestattet und für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!! Danke Fausta und Ellio für die großartige Erfahrung ♡
