Very friendly staff. The location was perfect in the center of Ella. Room was big and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice.

A bathroom needed some minor repairs (leaking toilet, loose faucet).

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Wifi was spotty and the power was also on and off.

The location was excellent, and the Staff was super nice and helpful, the room was nice with the balcony, and next door had a very good and fast laundry service.

The free breakfast was horrible, they put in their booking.com page a picture of a restaurant that wasn't for them but was in a neighboring hotel or guesthouse, and $54/per night was too much for that place.

Everything was ok.

The hotel was just a short walking distance from the main road, where all the bars and restaurants are, and also within walking distance of the Arch Bridge area and Little Adam's Peak. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, with a clean drinking water dispenser, hot water in the shower, and a balcony. Not the fanciest place I've stayed in, but definitely great value for money. 😄

The hotel and rooms could use a bit of a refresh with a more modern design. The room without air conditioning felt a bit small and stuffy, so we upgraded to a room with AC, which was also more spacious, airy, and had a nice balcony. The last thing to note is that while the staff was lovely, their English was quite basic, which made fluent conversation a bit challenging.

Great location, everything is walking distance (hiking trails, shops, restaurants, train station). Staff and breakfast were great. We had to leave early in the morning and they kindly gave us a takeaway breakfast. WiFi works, they have hairdryer upon request. HOT WATER!

Perfect location just off the Main Street in Ella. Easy to get to Adams Peak and 9 Arch Bridge. Room was big, clean and comfortable. The man at the desk was so lovely and easy to chat with. He even made us breakfast to take away when we were leaving at 6am.
