Bed was comfortable and location was good

- St Kildas was actually unavailable so this review is for the Alumhurst hotel - Was almost impossible to check in- could not get a hold of anyone and when we finally did get in, the member of staff was unpleasant and did seem as if he'd just woken up. - Very poorly organised as member of staff tried to charge me when I had already paid, and I provided multiple proofs of payment but he simply said "I will give you the rooms until it's sorted out" implying he didn't believe i had paid despite the evidence - There was no restocking of teas or milk, or toilet paper, and could never find the staff member to ask him for more - Also the bins didn't get emptied at all in the 5 days we stayed there.

Nothing they moved me to another hotel st Elmo's 20 station road

The hotel they moved me to was absolutely disgusting it was filthy thick with dust bed was hard it should be closed down

Staff very polite and aproachable and showed us where everything was and gave us the wi fi code etc. Location was amazing, literally 3 minutes walk to the beach, amazing.

Could have had more window that opened, but the one that were fitted did open wide.

Yes It Was Nice And The Staff Were Realy Helpful

We were redirected to another hotel as this one was shut for some reason. We got placed at St Elmo's hotel. It was extremely dirty, hole in the bathroom door, bits of wall missing. The plug sockets look extremely dangerous they nearly fall out as you plug things in. It took 15 minutes to check in as there was no one around.
