"OYO Hotels disappointed "

On calling to check-in, we were informed that there was a maintenance issue so we were being moved to another hotel, St Elmo for a like to like room. The room was no where near like for like size wise only that it was much smaller and had a private bathroom. I was contacted several times by OYO hotels branch only for them to say we had been moved for a like for like room. I 100% disagree with what they had said

"Fairly satisfied with it"

Instructions were clearly given for checking in and out , layout was easily accessible. Room was warm and pleasant. Location was decent.

Checkout was 10am but the manager was knocking the door at 9:20am asking how long we’re going to be so we felt rushed to get out. The positioning of the toilet was awkward with it being cramped next to the shower.
