"Shockingly bad"

Nothing!

We were kept awake all night, people partying & fighting. No one to contact for help. Police were called after a few hours. The receptionist couldn’t understand a word we said. I’m glad I didn’t have my children with me, they would have been terrified I would never stay here again

we watch YouTube on the tv as no proper channels. bed was hard. the toilet was too small and narrow for big people

READ IN FULL WE came here last night after reading some of these shocking reviews we was sceptical but we arrived it was spotless amazing location it was quiet comfy beds and staff ring before you arrive and when u leave to ask how you are and if you enjoyed your stay am so glad we booked and didn’t change our minds I’d definitely come back again we was surprised how clean and nice it was xx

Clothes were left in the draws, windows did not shut, security of the hotel felt like anyone could break in, room smelt of cigarettes
