Did not know before booking there was no staff and codes to get in, quite awkward to actually get them to work, dirty tissues in room, dirty cups, broke shower, stained bed, broke window room was freezing, wouldn't recommend anyone to book and would not go again

The location was good very near to the front

Well the fact that there was no staff there I rang to be told someone would be down shortly to let us in only to find out from another costumer that it was all key pad locks also the lights in the bathroom didn't work and the window in the bedroom didn't close heating didn't work so it was cold

No hot water

Very dirty place

It is run remote with no staff just codes for the doors on a night the place was very noisy full of young men running about in staircase in and out of rooms and falling out with each other doors slamming all night long till light no staff to control the situation just a free for all help number was in london ,very dangerous place to stay got no sleep at all .
