Not being honest with me hotel was shut only phone number on window.not very helpful said would get a refund but still waiting don't stay here

The room I booked was at this property and an hour before arrival I got told that there was maintenance work at the property and I was going to be relocated to another property. I’ve got to the other Hotel which was provided which was very scary and in a different location we did not feel safe safe there and left. I then phoned the company and they said they would issue a refund due to this which I’m having a nightmare getting and still not sorted I doubt I’ll ever see my money again I had to them find a different hotel and pay more. Would not rate. Do not book with this company as very disappointed just getting past from the hotel to Booking.com and going round in circles.

It is not available it needs taking off your site. Constant calls from the company and awaiting a refund as I couldn't cancel and get a refund from booking.com because of the cancellation policy. Then had to walk around to get another hotel with my daughter to get a call at 8:21pm to say they had alternative accommodation for us. . .too late.

Booked for Sunday the5th till 6th of May. Received a WhatsApp message on Saturday the 4th at 09.30pm stating that Hotel is being maintained and is mot unavailable. They took it on themselves to rebook us in another Hotel which was not suitable for us and told us we can cancel and we will get our money back. We have been messaging the for the past week but evertime they inform booking. Com to refund the money to us but up to date we haven't received any refund. The Hotel we talking about is still taking bookings even the hotel is closed due to maintenance. We feel very disappointed and we wish that booking.com should take some of the responsibility and work with us as their customers to get our money back.

Hotel didn't exist due to maintenance we were booked in another hotel would you like if something like that happened to you. If we get our money refunded probably forget the ordeal.
