The fact it wasn't at least raining outside whilst spending 3 hours trying to get into the hotel at 5am. And they fella walking past offering me something to eat and it wasn't too cold in a t shirt.

Rude staff on arrival, left me stood in the hallway for about 15 minutes whislt being to busy on the phone. (I'd have walked out then if hadn't already paid) Room was very basic and extremely tired and outdated.. the walls were paper thin and could hear every word from the room next door. The en suite was a sink next to the bed. Dirty bedding. the front door was a touched keypad, which wouldn't work!! When it finally came on the code they gave didn't even work.. turned out there was no actually staff there at all. The phone number on the booking didn't work.i was stuck outside from 5am until nearly 8am until someone finally answered the door. Felt like some sort of crack den. Weird atmosphere. Weird people. I'd have happily slept on the promenade had I been able to get in for my hoodie and bag. absolutely ridiculous at nearly 100 quid a night.

Horrible people smashing fire alarms, to get the owner Soiled sheets with sanitary in Someone take away and bottle of wine No bedding Drugs in bathroom (no smoking) Was not safe here left at 3.20am to sleep in the car £76 a night ridiculous I'm trying for a refund now

The bed was comfy

State of the property dirty,windows wouldn't shit so was cold .light in bathroom not working tv not working . No staff there at all .a couple of guests couldn't get in and was sat outside .Avoid

This review is for St elmo as I got moved. Rocky the man running St elmo is an amazing man and he represents your company brilliantly. I lost my bank card and would have had to leave 2 days early but he went out of his way letting me transfer him money and he went to cashpoint and drew it out, absolutely above and beyond and I plan on visiting St elmo again in the future

Didn’t end up staying. The hotel wasn’t even open.
