I have been asked as 2 am when I want key to my room to brought my passport?! With reception man taking to his colleagues in Russian A copy of my passport was taking while doing the registration also the room was small and very far and after a big hassle the room was changed the upgraded when. Asked to speak to the manager

"Nice Hotel, but service needs to improve."

Hotel is in an absolute nice location. They allotted me a bad corner room. I had to insist on changing the room. Staff could be more helpful.

"A 4* hotel, definitely not a 5*"

The location is more than perfect. Staff are amazing, very polite and cooperative ☺️ But honestly the room tells you that you are in a 4* hotel. The bathroom needs to be changed , the tiled looked dirty, dulled.... if we paid the original prices via their site i would’ve been disappointed , but thanks to hotels.com we paid really good fair... ;)

Not very convenient for walking to major attractions but Metro is 2-3 blocks away. Have concierge book the trips for sight seeing as they do an excellent job and the price is very reasonable. They provide a car and driver with local guide. Book your room with breakfast as I think it is cheaper to do so, otherwise their price for breakfast is more. The breakfast is good. There is a Starbucks right next door.

Location was great. Staff was very helpfull. My room with a view on nevsky prospekt was basic. Bathroom clean, but shower small, and kept getting clogged. Couldnt control AC. Got cold at night. I think this is a 4 star hotel, definitely not a 5. There were a lot of adult bars next to hotel

I Was charged for 3 breakfast , I did only had 1. The day I checked out it was 6 am the restaurant open at 7 still I was charged for breakfast. The day I checked in I was charged for breakfast despite been late at night. This seems to me to be a crooked business I will never set a foot on again.
