It is used for conferences and on the Friday we were there none of the 2 restaurants were open at lunchtime for guests!!!!! I would never stay there again

A very good hotel in the center of St Petersburg. Top class service, good location and a beautiful lobby bar. Unfortunately the gym was in a very bad shape with very few machines. The breakfast is overpriced and not worth the variety of foods they offer. I've had a dinner in the restaurant on the second floor, in which I ordered surprisingly cheap Pilmeni. I hope that i am wrong but it felt that they were bought in a supermarket. The shower could be better and the rooms are a bit too dark in my opinion Overall, for the price we paid this is a 5/5 hotel which I would recommend to anyone travelling to St Petersburg.

Great staff. Amazing location on the main route through St Petersburg. Rooms were clean and linen changed daily. Everything you’d expect for a 5 star hotel. The hotel are even sending my phone back after it was left in a taxi in route to the airport. Only strange thing was lots of alone beautiful ladies in the bar area on an evening always smiling at me. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a perfect location in the heart of St P.
