Kindness and helpfull staff. The breakfast was great. Diner also.

Not unexpected because it's very clear in the info. So no disappointment from our side. But a shower at the room would make a difference.

Great onsen hotel in a peaceful location. Restaurant was nice. The front desk clerk, Imai, was very helpful in helping me in reserving a ferry for later in my trip as my Nihongo was limited.
