The room was cosy and the staff friendly

1. They did not serve breakfast on all days. The reason stated to us was that their chef quit suddenly. Usually in Tbilisi most breakfast places open pretty late and we had to survive on some food we had carried. If they would have let us know about this before we arrived, that would have been helpful. They did not make any efforts to help apart from opening the kitchen when we requested for it to heat the food we carried 2. The bathroom was stinking - we informed the staff about it but no action was taken 3. The staff informed us that the heater will be switched on from 5 pm to 10 am only. This is crazy considering the biting cold in Tbilisi in December 4. The internet was frustratingly slow

Good location. Quite street. Helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate.

It would be nice to have a staff member who speaks English in the breakfast room.

The room we were first given had a bad smell in the bathroom (probably through the shower), so we were given another. Later in the evening the same bad smell developed also in this room. In addition, there was no internet signal and under the bed the floor was dirty. The street was also quite noisy, with people shouting during the night. The next morning at 9:30 we tried to talk to the manager but he was nowhere to be found: so we took things into our own hands and decided to move out.

Great location, comfortable bed and very helpful English speaking staff.

The room is pretty small and the bed squeaked even with small movements.

The location is great. The restaurant is excellent, right in the centre of old Tbilisi.
