Great value for money, helpful staff and don't miss their breakfast buffet

We really liked the staff, reception and breakfast personnel were really friendly! We were able to check in earlier. The rooms are reasonably sized and has all the comfortable features such as electric plugs and sockets, aircon, tv. My personal favourite is a Kettle, cups and spoons. We also really liked a terrace where we enjoyed having dinners and drinks. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the lady working there is always super friendly and helpful. Wifi is strong and stable. I managed to work and watch videos.

Nothing about the hotel. The neighborhood is very touristy so if you want to have food at the reasonable price and not wait for hours, it is better to order delivery and eat in a hotel.

Convenient location. Tamara did a wonderful part of preparing the breakfast which was a great experience.

Staffs are quite relaxed and don’t want to participate in helping. Communication barrier especially it should be it kept in consideration that tourist arrive from different places. No support to take the luggage upon reaching and leaving the place. Cleanliness of the room not upto mark.

Tamara, the restaurant shef was cute, tried to do everything she could to make us happy, the food was homemade and tasty. The room was fine, rite 6/10 but it was dirty, the bathroom was dirty with sewage smell.. The location was perfect!!!
