Paid for parking twice. We tried scanning ticket and it didn’t work so then realized we paid with our card plus on our folio.

Good that’s why we returned

We wanted to choose a reliable place away from the heavy Los Angeles traffic, and this hotel was a good option overall. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the sense of security and comfort during our visit. However, for a corporate brand of this standard, there were a few shortcomings. Basic amenities such as room slippers and a toothbrush could have been provided to improve the guest experience. Housekeeping was scheduled every two days, which was understandable, but the service seemed limited mainly to making the bed and replacing towels. The floors were not cleaned and the trash was not removed, so the room did not feel fully refreshed. Because we trust the Marriott International brand, our expectations were higher. Even so, we still enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a good overall choice.

I'll try the breakfast next time I am around Monterey Park. I mostly ate outside the hotel

The signs around the hotel could improve. I had difficulties finding the pool/Patio
