Acapulco 2 Bedroom Ocean View Surfers Paradise - CoastHM

Super convenient location - beach right across the way with a beach club restaurant right on the corner. Just a few minutes walk in the restaurant and entertainment center of surfers paradise. Also had a washer and dryer in the apartment which was super convenient. And covered parking in the garage.

The view and position.

When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, wet towels on floor, sand in bath and to top it off wee in the toilet. Construction across the road for the whole week, across from balcony and main bedroom, we were not told of this.

Nice condo - horrible management and check in process! They kept telling me I didn’t do the online check in, but I never got a link. I asked the morning of arrival, they responded while I was traveling…. Do you need the link?! Then 1 hr prior to their office closing they sent me a message saying they were closing in 1 hr. This was after they approved my 9pm arrival. They left me no follow up instructions, so I called their after hrs number…. It took nearly 3 hrs and multiple calls! I thought I was being scammed. I was sent to a lock box, given a code to get into the lock box, but not which lock box….. there were 80! My night was ruined, no apologies no offer for compensation. I’ve used Booking for years all over the world and never had such a horrible experience!

The room had an awesome view, was very clean and well appointed.

Aircons in the rooms would be the only thing I would add/change
