In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. *Please be aware there is construction happening next door and in the carpark that will continue for at least 12 months* **Please note the car park is closed from due to construction** **Please note the outdoor facilities are closed due to construction. "Superb unit with everything you need"

Unit itself was absolutely stunning ! Had everything you could need down to an air fryer and tennis rackets! Positioned on a higher floor with such an amazing view !! A lot of effort has been put in to make the unit feel homely and welcoming!

Complex itself is old and worn in places. Could use some TLC however the facilities available are great and serve their purpose !

we had to go to different destination to pick up the keys. it was easy to get the key but since it was raining and we were unfamiliar with gold coast it was stressful to go somewhere else to get the key, would be better to get it at the same place as the apartment.

Where do I start? Usually, the pictures are way better than the actual accommodation. In this case, the pictures or description do not fully do justice to the accommodation! Exactly like the pics, only bigger, with top of the line appliances, comfy beds, and the sofa suite has recliners too! Great views from the balcony of the beach and city. The outdoor pool is great, which also includes an outdoor spar. Oh, and there's a full-size tennis court. Stunning apartment, but also the location is excellent. A stones throw from the beach, a minutes walk to the tram stop, and a leisurely 10min stroll into town. It is also right next to the excellent surf club, which means a flagged area for swimming in the ocean 30 seconds away. This also has great food and a range of beers. There's also a bottle store and small shop round the corner. GCHM were also great. Clear and precise instructions via email when needed, and responded to emails within a day. We had an excellent time here and can't say enough good things about our accommodation. Thanks!
