La regadera de la habitación se sale el agua cuando te bañas. las toallas están un poco viejas. El hotel No se mantiene limpio y tampoco los elevadores.

"Decent But Not Much for Bonvoy Members"

I recently spent a short stay at the Aloft hotel in Queretaro. My thoughts are that this is a well-located, overall decent hotel that I would most likely be wiling to return to if the price is right. (Which it was.) However, as a Bonvoy Platinum member it was disappointing that the hotel did not provide an upgrade despite having multiple rooms at higher categories available. The fact that the hotel could easily have done this as a gesture of appreciation for Bonvoy elites would have gone a long way in my opinion. Oh well. The room itself was small but pretty clean with a very comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. Staff was friendly.

No hay servicio a cuarto , los alimentos de muy mal gusto , compramos una pizza y estaba fría , es más, el personal del lobby no fue tan amable y nos hicieron esperar una hora después del checking
