"Not a good experience"

Not much

Where so I start? The bathroom was dirty, the bed was listed as a double but was 2 singles joined together. I could see my skin through the cheap sheet. The pillows and cushions were very low quality. The noise from Great South road was astounding.

The location was fabulous, right there at Rainbows End Fun Park, and the Church of Jesus Christ Temple in the background softened the busy surroundings. The Suites, including my upgrade, were a delightful surprise given my long road trips in the far North Breakfast was good, with choices between cold and hot food The Airport travel was direct and a short distance from Ramanda I would recommend Ramanda to others.

"Good for one night but won't be booking again."

The location was perfect for my needs, easy to find the hotel, delicious food options right next door. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The potatoes at breakfast were amazing too.

I felt as though I was bombarded with communication from the hotel. Emails from booking.com (the usual, which was fine) then multiple emails and WhatsApp messages from the hotel before arrival and on departure as well as them calling me. I travel a lot and this felt so much more than I am used to from an accommodation provider. It was overwhelming while I was busy. The room was also very stuffy as there was no option of opening a window, even just slightly.
