Hotel Lorelei Londres

We were in several different rooms. One room was great. I didn't like the other one, the sofa was dirty, the room was old looking and dark. The price was very expensive and for the money I would have expected a better room. In the third room some things were broken and again for such a high price I would have expected a better quality room. I really liked the room with a street view, a large spacious bathtub, 2 balconies. I didn't like the room with a sea view on the first floor, the room with a sea view on the second floor was ok. The garden bar was lovely and the elevator took me down to the beach.

This hotel is easy to get to and stunning. Done in beautiful colors. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. The shower is huge with double doors. It has both a rain shower and a handheld. The A/C is guest controlled and very accommodating. The restaurants are very good. Breakfasts are amazing! The bar areas can get crowded during sunset. The sunsets are unbelievable! The hotel sits on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. An elevator takes you down to the private beach club. Lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels & a bar! The staff are ALL amazing, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be back. This is my new favorite hotel in Sorrento!

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! We loved all of the following: the ocean front area with bar service, the sunset bar for food and drinks, the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, the service provided by the entire staff was outstanding! We will definitely come back to stay again!

My review is of the Hotel Lorelei Londres. We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and kept clean, super comfortable and had all the amenities one would want (need) -- and when we wanted extras - champagne bucket, plates for food brought-in, even a fine cigar, the staff were extra accommodating. The front desk (Giuseppe) super helpful in planning transport and guidance for restaurants and vespa rental. We loved our stay at this Hotel and the staff mentioned (and not mentioned) here made the difference from "really great" to "most excellent!"

Five star review of a deservedly five star hotel. Stunning views at this beautiful hotel, but what makes it really special are the people who work there. From Maria and Luanna at the front desk, to Elda, Valentina and Marco who treated us more like friends than guests. Some of the best meals we had in Sorrento were at Lorelei. Recommend wholeheartedly!

The experience was amazing all of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, me and my family made friends quickly with the staff during the free breakfast time and the snack time all week the front desk girls Maria and Luana were very helpful and had great advice Elda and valentina as well as George and Martina were very kind they made us breakfast to go on our departure day. All in all great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were looked after so well by the friendly, efficient and professional staff. The rooms were attractive, comfortable, serviced to a very high standard and very well appointed. The balcony with views of the sunsets over the Bay of Naples was fantastic. Breakfast was super, lots of choice and served by the professional and friendly staff who were also involved in preparing and serving the lunch and dinner in the Lorelei restaurant. We ate twice in the restaurant this was one of the highlights of our holiday. Excellent food, beautifully presented, utterly deserving of their Michelin award. Service lead by the wonderful Sascha, the restaurant manager, was exemplary and enhanced the experience tremendously. We were very impressed by the vegetarian tasting menu a testimony to the creativity and skill of the chefs. It was as special and luxurious as the other tasting menus. The amenities at the hotel included a beach bar and sun beds at the base of the cliffs, Roman ruins exposed in a beautiful bar below the hotel and the sunset bar. The position of the hotel was in a quiet area a short walk from the centre of Sorrento.

A beautiful comfortable hotel with a welcoming staff. Valentina,Elda,Martin and Georgia started our day off with a sit down served breakfast. ( not a buffet). Breakfast choices on the menu were plentiful. Location was perfect. Close to train station, ferry port and Tasso Plaza.

Everything you would want in a 5 star hotel. Excellent staff & food. Elda at the bar and breakfast was exceptional! The Michelin star restaurant was an amazing experience! Loved it here!! Beautiful view and the rooms are gorgeous!!would highly recommend!
