"Excellent hotel and restaurant"

We loved the hotel: beautiful, newly refurbished room, with a jacuzzi on the large balcony with spectacular views. A great restaurant, where the excellent front-of -house staff were a perfect pairing for the Michelin-starred chefs. And the reception staff could not have been nicer with advice and help for bookings, etc.

"Great stay"

Lovely hotel overlooking Bay of Naples and close to all activities. Very clean rooms with balconies to watch beautiful sunsets. Staff were exceptional from the front desk to the room and restaurant staff. Friendly, professional & always smiling. Very helpful Grazie!

Great hotel. The view is spectacular. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and it was worth the money we spent. I especially appreciated the restaurant—the food was of great quality, all the staff were friendly, and the restaurant manager was extremely nice to us. He even offered us free drinks and snacks while my 4-year-old son was around. I think he did a fantastic job managing the restaurant.

Loved it!!! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And loved the bathtub on the balcony! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING! A whole variety of pastries, fruits, eggs to order. And so many gluten free options - and not frozen crap GF, but really delicious options! Wish we had more time there!

An amazing experience in a wonderful hotel. Staff were friendly, efficient and informative. They went out of their way to help. Tasting menu was superb and beautifully presented by waiting staff brilliantly led by Restaurant Manager, Sascha. Would go back tomorrow if we could!

"Amazing!"

The location is great - (the view from our room was magucal) only a short walk to the city centre and the boat that you can go to the surrounding islands - Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and mainland Naples. The room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. The food is delicious. Being Gluten Free is not always easy but they went out of their way to get amazing gf crusty bread and sweets for me as well as suggestions for gf cafes (Grazie Mille Valentina) and were more than willing to modify their menu to accommodate my allergies. Thank you!
