We had to change rooms multiple times at check in. First room wasn’t cleaned yet, and second was not the room type we had book.
Staff was very unaccommodating fur requesting a later check out time (only one hour later). Even sent someone with a clipboard to impatiently knock on my door BEFORE that time arrived to shooo me out. Never had such an unpleasant experience with hotel staff anywhere, especially over something so simple

Staff went above and beyond as I had to leave my car behind for a tow to the repair shop. They kept my car key at the front desk and provided it to the tow company when they came to get my car. They were kind and professional with my extra needs!
