Guests highly rate the clean room and frequently praise the good service.
The only thing I don’t like is the shuttle service. It should be more Frequent I sat at the airport for almost an hour waiting for a shuttle to go To the hotel. That was unacceptable
Walk to a beautiful mall. Right next to route 94 but quiet inside the hotel.
We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool. The only flaw I would say is that the restrooms are too far from the pool area so the pool water is dripped all over the floors in the halls.
Great location. Sheets were stained upon arrival and a used wash clothe hanging on shower. Door was very difficult to open and close.
Front desk needs to be more proactive getting flight information for shuttle scheduling

The hotel is nice and convenient to event we were attending in Milwaukee. I made reservations almost a YEAR in advance. But at 3:00 the day of the arrival, the hotel tried to cancel my reservation because they had a "weather event". But what really happened is they were over booked and tried to give away our room. After 15 minutes on the phone, they "found" a room for us and it all went as planned but this was not called for.
