Guests highly rate the clean room and frequently praise the good service.
Smallest bathroom ever. Poor amenities. Outdated rooms, broken ice machines. Not enough towels, had to call maintenance for TV .
Poor staffing
The customer service at check in was quick, however they did not explain the breakfast or tell us about the dining option. There was nothing in the room, no menu or hotel information. The ice machine was broken and I couldn’t find another one. That’s all kind of minor stuff. The room was beautiful and clean. No issues. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would stay here again, would just ask more information during check in next time.
Properyu was clean. Beds were hard
Some outside access doors were not working, ice machine on our floor out of order.
Great place
The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The pool was nice and had comfortable chairs for lounging. The breakfast could be better. We paid for it at check-in and were given tickets, but no one ever collected them. While it was only $7 per person, it was on par with what other hotels offer for free with room rental.
Only complaint is the TV didn't work well. Very glitchy. Finally got something to watch. Maybe new batteries in the remote is needed. Other than that, slept well. Very nice property and staff
The pillows had a smoky scent as if someone had smoked ciggarettes. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the restroom. The food prices for the quality of the food was terrible. We were also denied a late check out.
Overall the property was great! However, the beds and pillows were terrible and the quality of sleep was so bad.
