The hotel was nice, clean and easy to get to a Brewers game
Room was clean and bed was comfy. Great location right off I-94, easy access to city, etc. Hotel is in a safe area, plenty of dining options nearby. They had a special with $7 breakfast buffet, which is roughly half price. Great deal at that price. Hotel is a little dated on outside but they have renovated the inside and rooms.
No explanation why an additional $150 charge was added to my credit card at check-in. When asked about the charge at check-out, the explanation was not clear.
Was not happy at first. We called that morning asking if we could check in a little early since we had an event to go to. We were not able to which is completely understandable! What wasn’t understandable was on the call I made sure that our room would be saved if we had to check in after the event at around 9pm. They assured me the room is saved for us as we paid online weeks ago. We river ahead of schedule at 8:20pm and they said “due to unforeseen maintenance issues, we can not book all of our rooms.” They booked us a room at a different hotel. They said one hotel name, but gave me the address to a different one and pointed in the direction it was which was not the address she wrote down. When we showed up to the one she told us to go to, that hotel didn’t have our reservation! Luckily the gentleman at the Hilton Garden Inn right behind this one was so generous and made the reservation work and got us a room. I asked him what happened and he said “they overbooked and didn’t actually have a room for you. So they called us and made reservations for people but not for you.” I WILL NOT be booking with the Sheraton again. I have never experienced this before.
Rooms where not cleaning that much and we where there 17days . Asked several times .
Amazing, clean and great stuff super friendly
I love the indoor and outdoor pool areas, that was the whole reason I chose this hotel. I have no complaints, it was a great hotel stay.
