Easy to get where I am going daily and very quite.
Our stay was lovely. We slept well as the bed was comfortable. It was good having the restaurant and Starbucks right there. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disappointed that breakfast wasn’t offered at same time all week. My grandson had an imaging procedure for 7:15 am on a Sunday, so we inadvertently paid for a breakfast pass we couldn’t use.
It was a great stay, there was three problems. 1. Our air condition was broken we told them in the morning they didn’t come to fix it, we came back and had to tell them again but it was fixed right away once we told them again. 2. Staff could have had better handle on the guest, kids were running wild (parents didn’t care) these adults we ran into drinking the lobby were rude, and seemed like an odd place to let someone sit around getting drunk 3. We were charged and not told why and couldn’t get answer they have yet to refund us However, we go back to area every year and do plan to stay again
Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield: I booked two (one night) hotel rooms for 7/25-7/26. My family and I stayed for approximately 30 minutes before we were forced to check out and leave the hotel due to the disturbingly unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the rooms. One of our rooms (Rm. 395) had a bathroom floor that was very dirty and sticky with dark brown and black-ish unknown substances. Most importantly, however, was our second room (Rm 276) that had many fresh blood splotches (not washed-in stains) on the bedding as well as unknown substances on a separate area of the sheets. The bathroom toilet was dirty had not been cleaned as well. My family and I did not touch any of the aforementioned areas before finding them in those conditions. I still have not gotten a response from the general manager even after emails and messages. Photos of unsanitary conditions attached.
I had an issue with my air conditioner and they did not fix it. I had to complain to move rooms. Not good.
Doors difficult too open. Staff semi helpful
