Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

The shower doors wouldn’t close and the toilet wasn’t flushing right so we reported it the front desk and told them we would be out of the room after 10:30am and when we returned at 9:00pm no one had been to the room, neither maintenance or room service. We called down and they sent an engineer who worked on them until 10:30pm and all he did was close the door half way so that not as much water would get on the bathroom floor.

Great stay and wonderful clean quiet room. Stayed two nights and would defined stay again. Also close to variety of good restaurants-all within walking distance

The room was covered in dust. I ean my finger over the dresser and it made a trail. Holes in carpet. The area around the toilet was white and rusty as if it had been replaced or repaired in a hurry. The bathroom door was beat up. The closet door didn’t close all the way. The shower curtain was not enough to keep the floor from getting soaked. The saving grace was the bed which was super comfy. They did provide us with a shuttle to the airport which was nice. They have 699 rooms and I am a Bonvoy member yet I felt they could have potentially put us in a room that was nicer.

This was our first experience at a Sheraton hotel and it will be our last. We booked 2 rooms for three nights. We arrived early and we were able to check in an hour early which was the only positive part of this stay. The first night we discovered that there was no electricity along one wall; no bedside lights, no phone, and no alarm clock. After notifying the front desk, the maintenance man arrived, checked a couple of things and said he'd be right back (this was at 9:30 PM). He never returned. I stopped at the front desk again the next morning and asked for someone to stop in about an hour but no one came. Finally, on our last night we notified the front desk again. The same maintenance man stopped and did the same thing! It took calling the front desk for a 4th time and demanding to speak with a manager to get a maintenance supervisor to resolve the issue (at 10 PM on our last night). The manager assured us that we would receive a discount, but there was no compensation for this issue. Lastly, I strongly question the cleanliness of the rooms as we came across two empty beer bottles hidden under the black out shade on the floor of our room from a prior stay. Who knows how long those had been there..... I would not recommend this hotel.

Place is accessible to the highway and restaurants, the room was very clean. I utilized the fitness room twice it was quiet no one there so I was able to do my workout on my own. I was able to get food from the lounge area and it was very tasty.

First time for staying at this location, everything was perfect, zero complaints! Thank you.

Excellent and very convenient location. Staff very friendly and inviting. Room comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast vouchers offered at check-in were a great deal! Breakfast above average and servers were friendly and did an awesome job.

We asked for additional towels in the evening and they never came night of or next day before we checked out

It was quite busy while we were there so this meant cleaning up after people who don’t clean up after themselves but the property was dirty. The area with ice and microwaves were gross with the same trash in there for several days. Our room was pretty clean but found it annoying we kept having to track down towels because we could only get 2 bath towels at a time.

I booked my granddaughter the Club 2 Queen size bedroom for her birthday to have a sleepover. The pictures online show this room as a suite style with a living room area and the bed in a separate area and that’s what I expected to get. Upon arrival I only got a standard double bed queen room with I was told the website had the wrong pictures up and that was a suite they was advertising. I said well that’s not my fault this is what I had expected to get had I would’ve known it wasn’t the I would’ve went somewhere else because I needed the space they didn’t try and accommodate me on the suite at all I offered to pay a little more but they said it was 300$ more so of course I didn’t want to pay 300$ extra dollars so I was very upset with front desk and the manager on duty at the time.
