The location both to the beach and streets where everything is happening is what we liked the most.

No Room Service, No Mini Bar stacked with both alcohol and food and the beds weren't as comfortable as they were when stayed back in 2007.

location as always, we only come to the wakiki water front, after a few small staffing behaviours well go back to Pink Palace next time

dissapointed to see trash in a hallway overnight and sometimes well into the next day, a quick whip thru by a clean is needed more often, went to front desk and was thoroughhly ignored by your "elite" desk whilst waitng for another service person, even a smile and a wont be a minute would be well recieved if we are not a customer shge is expected to serve
