Clean and comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Location is far from Maspalomas and jumbo center.. No TV in the rooms. Few power sockets in the room. Front door lock wasn't working properly and they changed it a few hours before I had to leave to the airport. Nobody told me about it, so I was lucky a tourist came downstairs to open the door for me. Untill now I can't understand why the reception asked my number and nobody called me. Also no 24 hour a day reception and the first night I struggled to get the front door opened. It takes long time to walk to the attractions. Can you imagine if no tourist would have come downstairs to open tye door? I would have missed my flight. Finally. No phone number to reach anybody. Reception didn't provide Wi-Fi password, and didn't explain checkout procedure.
