Das restliche Personal, welches nicht gestreikt hat, war sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend.

Leider wurde im Hotel gestreikt und wir fühlten uns nicht wohl, da es wie ausgestorben wirkte, es kein Abendessen gab und Frühstück nur im Notbetrieb. Die Info vom Streik, der seit dem 5.7. läuft wurde uns im Vorwege nicht mitgeteilt.

Under difficult circumstances due to striking staff the service we received from the working staff was excellent.

Complimentary breakfast to make up for the limited housekeeping service was a nice compensation.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice.

During the stay, strikes were in progress, so we didn't have perfect cleanliness, but we liked the kindness of the staff and the comfort of the location bed. We will visit again next time.

The location was convenient for our purpose and it was a lovely property although we never had time to see the pool area, only room, lobby and breakfast area.

We absolutely did not like the fact that we were not notified that the property was on strike or we definitely would have gone to stay at another property. We were only notified upon check-in and a letter on our desk. That was in very poor taste and we were very disappointed, we did not pay that kind of money to not have any services. Oh so they gave us a breakfast and that was supposed to make up for it. We had to go to the desk to get our towels and toilet paper. When I complained, they did end up cleaning our room although we kept it tidy ourselves but it just didn't feel that it was really clean! We definitely would have stayed at a different property had we known. The staff on hand of course did their best under the circumstances but they should have notified us.

Peggior albergo in cui ho soggiornato in Canada, hotel a 4 stelle e non offre neanche la pulizia quotidiana delle camere, che vergogna! Poi gente che protestava sotto l' hotel e nessuno faceva niente,veramente una pena! Sheraton non lo consiglio a nessuno, oltre al fatto che la colazione non offriva praticamente niente. Io non so ste 4 stelle come fanno ad averle... Probabilmente per loro vivere nella sporcizia è nella norma visto che erano sporchi anche gli spazi in comune. Consiglio all' albergo di rivedere queste cose per migliorarle e cercare di adeguarsi visto che più che un 4 stelle sembrava un 2.

Workers are really friendly, breakfast is really good, there’s security outside the building so there was nothing to worry about parking outside, housekeeping took the time to organize my baby’s toys and stuffies on the bed when cleaning my room, would definitely stay there again for vacation.
