"Great 5 night stay in Orlando"

Everything, we love the location and have stayed at Orlando before and this apartment is the best so far. The sea views and the apartment was fab, everything you require and the communication was amazing. We checked in early and they let us leave cases until flight as no one was in apartment on departure day

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Exceptional views over the resort and out to sea.

Nothing really to dislike here. Was high up in the property so you have to walk up a big hill to get to the room which was sometimes challenging in the heat with a toddler and a pram.

Its location. We’ve stayed in Orlando apartments before and it’s an excellent location but this time we had an apartment with sea and surrounding area views plus a sunny balcony.

The bath with an overhead shower but we soon became used to it.

Апартаменты однозначно не новые, «уставшие», многое требует обновления: мебель, санузел, другие моменты. Но!!! Хочу отдельно выразить респект хозяину - Игорю. Человек постоянно на связи и не оставит ваши просьбы без внимания. По приезду мы обратили внимание на не удовлетворительное состояние чайника - Игорь заменил на абсолютно новый на следующий день; кровать в спальне деревянная старая ужасно скрипучая, многие на это обращали внимание в других отзывах, мы попросили Игоря немного её укрепить, не особо рассчитывая на существенные улучшения, как итог - человек заменил не только кровать спальни, но и кровать в главной комнате, установив абсолютно новые, с прекрасными жёсткими матрацами кровати. Всё было сделано без напряга, во время, пока мы были на пляже. Ну и вишенка на торте - поздний выезд был согласован без проблем и абсолютно бесплатно. Кондиционер есть, но им не пользовались - с погодой не повезло. Клиентоориентированность и человечность принимающей стороны, вид на океан с балкона, апартаменты солнечные, хватает пляжных полотенец, покрывал. Кухонной утвари нам хватало.

Нужны косметические обновления.
