⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Holiday to Remember at Sheraton Denarau Villas Our stay at Sheraton Denarau Villas was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The surroundings were beautiful, and there were so many activities available throughout the day that there was never a dull moment. Our villa was stunning, spacious, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering an incredible variety of choices each morning. The transportation service around the resort was outstanding, with convenient rides to the restaurants, golf course, gym, spa, church, and back to our villa. The pool areas were beautiful and well maintained, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. Having food stores, shops, and everything we needed within the facility made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the staff. Their culture, hospitality, kindness, and genuine care were exceptional. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. There were 16 of us celebrating a 60th birthday and enjoying a family holiday together. A special thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make the birthday celebration so memorable. The beautiful bedroom setup, complimentary champagne waiting in the room, the birthday cake, and the birthday song during dinner at the buffet were wonderful touches that made the occasion extra special and meant so much to our family. The entertainment was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for creating memories that our family will cherish forever. There honestly wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. If there is one thing I would say, it’s that the staff work incredibly hard every day to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Their kindness, hospitality, and dedication do not go unnoticed. I feel the team deserves great recognition for everything they do. They are the heart of this beautiful resort and are a big reason why our holiday was so special. We wish even more value and appreciation for all of you because you truly deserve it. It was a noisy construction site

The staff were outstanding. I would like to give 5 stars to Litiana at the Wet Edge bar & restaurant. She gives personal service to all the guests remembering your name and what you like to drink. She is always happy and cheerful.

Not a lot

There were noisy renovations, the room smelled stale, the bathroom door didn’t shut, no soap or body wash in room, the pool looked dirty.

The facilities and pools were lovely. The staff were so friendly.

They are in the middle of construction, so lying by the pool all you could hear was construction noise. Not very relaxing.
