Staff are wonderful! Pools, food and drinks are lovely

Our original room wasn't available, placed in a very old room that was dated and dirty. Air con was broken and made loud annoying noises all night.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Resort in Denarau. The breakfast was a real highlight – an impressive spread with something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Poolside service was a great touch, perfect for relaxing days in the sun. Plus, with so many dining options across the nearby resorts, dinner was never boring. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-serviced getaway!

However, we did feel that some of the traditional Fijian charm was missing. The iconic fire torches in the evenings weren’t lit, and the small cultural touches we were hoping for – like frangipani flowers in the room or towel animals – were noticeably absent. These little details make a big difference in creating that special island experience.

we could'nt fault anything the staff were so great with the kids!! loved the lay out of our two bedroom villa it was great the bedrooms were so spaceous and with lovely ensuites made it perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids Bula bus was so convenient
