Sheraton Denarau Villas

So beautiful, spacious, clean , comfortable

I loved breakfast, lots of options, and staff very accomadating, location is very safe access to the beach with shops and restaurants close by.

Ran into few maintenance issues, had to change rooms, however the managers were very nice and i was given fair compensation.

- Waterfront location - facilities - pools

- Needs updating - Staff pre occupied and more interested in talking to each other than undertaking their roles. - food was overpriced and of poor standard - lacked the traditional Fijian hospitality - needed to attend the Radisson as they offered better value with Watersport packages.

Our wedding Cordinator was very helpful and made the wedding experience amazing. Lost my son’s 22 karat mangalsutra which was part of the wedding ceremony, notified the front desk, there was no sense of urgency. I know there was construction happening, issues with toilet, but no one got back to me if they had found it. It was really expensive, was extremely disappointing to have had that experience. It’s truly heartbreaking.

Pond next to the villa, which had mosquito and couldn’t even enjoy the outdoors. Also issues with the toilets overflowing and there was no sense of urgency.

The villa was located by the water Lilly pond that had so much mosquitoes.
