Be honest not much st all

I requested to to change the dates we was there and was all accepted. The lady behind the counter said we cancelled your stay as you didn’t show up. When the lady behind the counter was the one I messaged! Here manager come out and sorted it but they wasn’t the easiest to deal with. They thought I was lying when it proved black and white in the messages what was said. The manager done something about it and apologised. Sometimes sorry ain’t enough when your staff are rude. You mess my booking up. Blame me. Wouldn’t waste a pound in there.
