Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Corpus Christi Central

Excellent breakfast service and food, clean and quiet hotel, very friendly staff, convenient to our needs...will stay at this hotel on every visit to the Corpus Christi area.

The room was just not clean, it didn’t look vacuumed, had to get them to redo the sheets on the bed. When I was taking a shower I saw nasty oily splatter all over the shower curtain. The door handle was tough to open and close and carpet under door was ripped. The room phone was really filthy. When I complained at the front desk and said I was going to report it to corporate he said it didn’t matter because it’s franchised. Breakfast was horrible. They also didn’t have any toothpaste or brushes. I paid over $200 for one night to stay in the filth. I will never stay here again, they ruined my whole trip!

The elevators and hallways were always humid and warm. The rooms remained humid and the air conditioner always struggled to keep up. Pitiful water pressure in the bathroom. Lackluster coffee and tea station.

The lobby was cozy with beautiful decorations. However, the room I had was not very clean. There was some dirt on the bed sheets, but the staff helped me to prepare new ones. And the toilet was not flushed when I first came in, so I'm not sure sure if the room was cleaned carefully. But overall, the service was very nice

staff was friendly and location was easy to access. Good shower head in shower. Bed was comfortable.

I've stayed at many Fairfield inn s across the nation. This one was not as clean as the others and had a moldy smell in our room bad. The carpet was filthy in our room as well. Just not up to the same standards as other Fairfield inns.

This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed there that when I arrived I had to wipe down the end tables by the bed because they were sticky. When I went to their continental breakfast it smelled rotten in there and I couldn’t eat with the smell. That hotel is going downhill with them not taking care of it like they used to.
