Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Corpus Christi Central

Bathroom and shower were updated, water pressure was great. Shampoos and body wash great. The breakfast dining area was new and remodeled. Every staff member was extra friendly, smiled and talked with us.

Pillows sunk in, could've used pillows with better support. The hot breakfast items could use a quality upgrade. The sausage and eggs are very low budget, and do not taste real.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. The old worn out air conditioner units sound like gale force winds and never turn off. Worn out room.

Billed twice

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfy. We will recommend this hotel to others.

My wife and myself didn't receive our keys to the room until about one hour after check in due to issues with their system (we were not the only ones) But we completely understood . Hotel had a weird smell walking in, the smell of the elevator was off as well. That ended up being the least of our problems, when it was almost time for check out we started to remove the sheets to make it easier for the staff. We discovered a huge urinen stain on the mattress cover as well as brown stains. We let the front desk know, the manager was supposed to reach out but didn't so my wife decided to reach out. She said they could give us a "free stay" but no refund we were okay with that.. we tried communicating back to the manager but are getting no reply's. It's disgusting knowing we were sleeping on someone else's URINEN and whatever else those brown stains were!! If we would have looked at the sheets when we first got there we obviously would've said something. Just because you layer the bed with sheets does not make it clean!
