The Westin Cleveland Downtown

The most noise I could have ever imagined. Kids screaming running up and down the halls. I absolutely cannot believe it.my first bad review ever. Air is such (programmed) that I cannot leave fan on high. Maybe my worst experience ever.oh and knocking on the walls all night. Yelling screaming

Can't beat the heavenly bed and pillows at the Westin. It is an older building but they have tried to revamp it a little I think. Bathroom was nice and clean. Carpets could use a cleaning. Would love darker curtains on the windows. My one complaint is that the little bottle of lotion in the bathroom was open and looked half used. Also, no comfy white Westin robe in this room. Or makeup towel. I'm comparing to the Westin in Sarasota I guess. Was a little noisy downtown but that is to be expected. Bring earplugs.

I live in hotels for my business so I have some reference and not too high expectations as to what to expect in a hotel. This place is a very bad choice. Not only are the rooms not clean, the late night staff is rude, rude, rude. The last thing you need at the end of a long day is a front desk manager that hangs up on you because you want a box of tissue. A person who is unwilling to let you get a box of tissue out of one of the many empty rooms.

It’s a convenient downtown location. Valet parking was a nice addition. Staff let us check in early and check out late.

Loud construction was going on. They don’t require key cards to access the floors. A stranger off the streets tried to follow my wife off the elevator. There was no microwave available for guests to use on their own. There were no glasses or cups in the bathroom.
