We liked that it's walking distance to Amtrak station, a very important factor for our early morning train ride. Some staff members were very friendly. The room was comfortable after we moved to a different room.

We asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and was given a room right next to the elevator and we heard noise in the room every time the elevator moved. A few hours later, we asked for a room change and was immediately given a different room by a different staff member. We liked the new room much better. On that particular cold day, the hotel was not busy at all and we could have been assigned a quiet room initially, saving us from moving from room to room and saving the hotel from extra cleaning.

The location was very close to the rocket mortgage center and close to a lot of resturants. The staff was friendly and helpful

Nothing this was the best hotel stay I have ever had and I do a lot of traveling
