"Classy Hotel Showing Its Age"

I stayed here with a Park & Fly package, and the room and car were safe. Gated parking lot on airport property. Staff were polite during check in. The hotel has seen better days, seems to be some deferred maintenance going on. My room on the first floor was reasonably clean and everything in the room worked properly. Several housekeeping staff talking loudly in the hall with radios at one point, think my room was near a staff work area. The bright spot was the airport shuttle, the driver was great! Helpful and efficient, got us quickly to departures. Hotel not quite as expected at this price point, just needs some maintenance & remodeling. I would stay here again if the price was lowered a bit.

"A1 Staff and beautiful hotel!"

My stay was fabulous! The front office staff such as Haley and Aja were so kind and helpful! I felt like a VIP with their service. The hotel is beautiful and located very close to the airport. The room was super clean and every staff member was top notch. Their general manager Kayla is a true example to her staff and leads with fantastic customer service and a heart to serve! Can’t wait to be back there!!

My husband, my two dogs and I stay here every time we travel through PDX. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and service at the restaurant is excellent. We will go back again and again.

"Best hotel near PDX - best rooms, parking and airport shuttle!"

We stayed at this hotel because it offers the best best deal on parking while you fly on vacation if you are a Marriott member, but what a surprise we had! This hotel is like a resort! From the minute we got there we were impressed with the front desk welcome. When we got to our room we were even more surprised. We got a beautiful room that was extremely comfortable, great bed, very quiet, and felt like a resort. The hotel has a great workout facility and indoor pool. It was sort of like a treat before our vacation even started. The shuttle to and from the airport was great and our car was in a great parking lot with nice ample spaces. I am so glad we stumbled onto this wonderful hotel, and will always use it when flying out of PDX.
