The location was great and the hotel was magnificent. The only thing I'd like to point out is the aircon was centralised which it gets too hot or too cold at different time of the day.

Huge modern room design. I loves the design of this hotel room. Was lucky to able to stay here for 2 nights during my business trip to Hangzhou. The room well clean up and decorated. The view from the room facing the lake is priceless. Breakfast spread was ok
