"impressive hotel, amazing large room on 7f, some small hiccups on room service"

stayed here for 1 night on biz trip. great sized room, one of the largest room in my business experience, with a large foyer, living room, bedroom, reading room and very spacious bath room. plenty of amenitities provided. room service had a glitch and, after ordering it via wechat and waiting for 40 mins, decided to check directly with the reception. breakfast was fairly good and varied.

"Our first stay at a Canopy Hotel"

We just had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Canopy hotel. Our arrival at the hotel was very smooth and felt like we were very welcomed. They offered us warm tea during this cold weather and gave two very adorable stuffed animals. The hotel followed all the Hilton clean stay guideline on top of the government regulations to make sure our suite was spotless and virus free! Indeed we enjoyed our stylish suite very much. The suite was huge and equipped with top brand appliances such as Roca toIlet, Dyson Air purifier and so on. The bed was super comfy. They also offered hotel guests a complimentary alcohol tasting everyday from 6-7 and all the staff there were super kind to make sure we were having a good time. All the staff we encountered were super friendly, to name a few, Paris, Diana, and Jackson. Sadly we couldn’t remember all the names of the hotel crew because they were all super nice. The only thing we hope was our stay was longer!
