I booked a king and when I arrived they switched me to a double. I was given room 105 and it was next to the kitchen. Both days my husband and I were woken up by the kitchen sink going off (you could hear it loudly through the wall) and the door to the kitchen being opened and slammed about 10 times around 5:30am or so. When I said something to the front desk said she would tell the manage who NEVER got back to me. Should not be paying full price for this room. Horrible experience.

"Stay Away From This Hotel"

Worst customer service experience ever at any Marriott branded property. The woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and beligerent. No Manager was there (according to the front desk employee) or was unwilling to speak to me. This was in the late afternoon. Caution when looking at this hotel. There's a Hilton Garden Inn nearby that definitely would be a better option and you won't have to deal with unprofessional behavior.

"Don't stay here"

We were greeted by a friendly associate. The furniture in the room was old, scared and in disrepair. The bed was very uncomfortable we talked to the Manager, Dawn, who has it replaced. It still was not up to our expectations but bettter than the first night. The bed frame saqueeked when you sat or layed on it. The food gravy, eggs, and sausage were cold. I advised the clerk at the front desk (there were two of them) but one stated they would advise the kitchen worker, but I saw that they continued there discussion and did not to my knowledge ever advise the kitchen of the problem. This hotel surely does not meet the standards of a marriot or there standards haVE BEEN REDUCED TREMENDOUSLY. I do not recommend staying at this facility.
