Shower titles looked black and needed to be cleaned infront of shower

One night stay for a family visit to area attractions. Great accessibility to Space Center, Kemah, 45S, and tons of surrounding eateries and entertainment in area. Hotel was clean, bedrooms were nice and clean, overall comfortable stay. Easy check in and we appreciate the noon checkout time. Indoor pool is a plus. We missed breakfast, so no comment for that. Great option for the price.

Hotel muy limpio con habitaciones amplias

Desgraciadamente tuve muy mala atención por parte de una empleada de la tarde. Escribí en varias ocasiones para solicitar una cuna y no obtuve respuesta. Me entrega la cuna plegada (tras solicitarla de nuevo, no estaba en la habitación) sin colchón ni sábanas y me dice de malas maneras que la gente “sueie traer las suyas”. Nos da una habitación a 60 grados F literal en un día de invierno con temperaturas heladas. Solicito el cambio de habitación ya que el aparato de aire no calienta lo suficiente y viajo con un niño de 3 años y un bebé . La excusa de la empleada: “fuera hace frío “ La empleada pone mala cara y pretende que movamos todo nuestro equipaje y que bajemos a la recepción para darnos finalmente la habitación de enfrente . Me niego y bajo yo sola hasta garantizar que la habitación está en correctas condiciones de temperatura . Trato totalmente nefasto que empaña la reputación de una cadena como Marriott

Over all very clean and very friendly staff.

Loved every, the housekeeping just need to be a bit more detailed. There was so much hair on the bathroom shower wall and also no conditioner. The toilet paper holder is so so dirty and dusty. The one room had no body wash and basically no toilet paper. We did ask for no housekeeping while staying there but do expect a full turn over pre check in.

It was clean & nice

The housekeeping kept knocking on our door when we were asleep. I have insomnia and would’ve like to get some rest and sleep before our long drive back home. I told them we were still here. I had to get out of bed to tell them we were still sleeping at 9:30am and check out was at 12pm. Then at 10am another housekeeper came knocking and so we got up and got ready to leave due to them knocking on our door so disrespectful and disappointing on housekeepers. We paid to sleep and get rest. We didn’t pay for someone to knock on our door and waking us up so they can finish cleaning.
