"It was a pleasant stay. My kids enjoyed the room and pool. It was close to Sea World."

The breakfast was very good. The parking area could have been better maintained. The grass was high and unkept and there was trash in it. They charge an extra $5 per night for the maintenance of the parking lot and it was not up to par.

I didn't like the no receipt (physical or electronic copy) when you checkin. They ask for your card and there's no proof of what's being charged. You just have to take their word for it until checkout. You are charged the full amount before you officially checkout as well. Our lights went out for a while during a thunderstorm. The room got hot quickly. That was obviously out of their hands. If you need medical oxygen or anything you will need to book somewhere where they have a backup generator.

Nice quiet area.. felt very safe.

The uncomfortable bedding, room need updating, shower needs remodeling & shower head needs replaced. The water spot felt like pellets hitting your body even after adjusting it.

"Other than the mildew in shower and initial odor in the room everything else was well."

Wonderful breakfast options. Lobby was very clean. Great , friendly staff.

Our room had a stale, moldy smell. Also, the shower had mildew.
