Tutto ottimo. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza dell’acqua nel frigo, seppur non in omaggio. La struttura è curata, pulita e le piscine termali sono davvero piacevoli.

La colazione a buffet offre solo cibi freddi: per avere un cappuccino o uova strapazzate bisogna richiederlo al personale. L’unica vera pecca è l’orario delle piscine termali: chiudono alle 19, quindi non è possibile goderne la sera dopo le escursioni. Questo ci ha costretto a organizzare le giornate in modo diverso, usando le piscine solo al mattino e riducendo le visite a mezza giornata.

We had superior rooms with balconies facing the hills and hotel next door. You are surrounded by thermal hotels here. If you don’t won’t to be woken at 5-7am every day by rubbish collection, hotel deliveries for the hotel next door keep the balcony door shut and rely on the airconditioning. They won’t tell you at reception, but at breakfast you can order eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, coffee, tea or anything else not on display. We found out after finishing our day one breakfast. A bit late for that day. Treatments are a bit naff, so be wary if you’re paying. We had some included as part of our package. Thermal pool is lovely and very relaxing. Plenty of space with the sun beds and no serious reserving with towels in the morning. Lots of transient guests from France, Germany, Austria and the odd Brit and American but people are staying for a day night only. There was only us and another French couple that were there all week when we travelled. Hotel generally very good and I’ll recommend it. Very convenient if you want to go walking in the national Park or to catch a train to Padover - 19 minutes away.

Manager of the hotel is really something that this hotel should be proud of! He really made our stay great. He is true asset. Great spa, but overall it was a great stay
