Grand Hotel Terme & Spa

Old refurbished hotel with great services. Beautiful location, food is great, staff always ready to support and accommodate your needs. I recommend for both business and family stays due to it has conference rooms, but also relaxation places, including great spa.

Everything was clean, comfortable, modern and beautiful. The location is quiet and very close to the train station. The staff were very friendly, competent and helpful. The food was AMAZING! The Fango (mud) therapy and the spa and massages were great. I totally recommend it and hope I can visit again myself.

The use of plastic (bottles, caps etc.) was extensive. As much as it is comfortable and hygienic, it is not environment-friendly. Maybe it can be somewhat reduced at least.

Rooms are well maintained and cleaned, except for the shower where we discovered a couple of unpleasant stains. Lunch is delicious if you decide to go for it for extra money. Overall, the stay was good, but it definitely was below my expectations from a 5-star hotel. It's not worth the money.

Several times during our short stay, we were given the false impression that something was free (complimentary) only then to find out that it was actually for extra payment. That is not something you would expect from a 5-star hotel. I don't mind paying for something extra, but I like it when it's clearly stated that this is actually extra and costs this amount of money. The building is quite old, and there is a distinctive smoke smell in many areas, especially the lobby. In our bathroom, there was a smoke smell on our second night there. Breakfast is ludicrously basic for a 5-star hotel The thermal water in the SPA is OK, but there is still a chlorine smell that ruins the experience a bit.

The facility is very good, right for the purpose and also quite beautiful and relaxing to stay. Good for romantic stay as well Especially good for treatments. Staff is capable and willing to help. Caren about customer is great.. Best attitute.

Renewed and nice facilities, feels very comfortable, nice breakfast and great thermal water pool, walking distance to the train station and to t¡restaurants outside, but the best is the very kind personal

What I liked was the hotel's space, the modernity of the organization as well as the quietness of the place. Also the breakfast was very good.

First of all, the hotel does not have air conditioning, especially the two rooms that were booked. The staff were helpful in changing the room, but unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning and the heating was turned on since it is a hotel for the elderly. The stairs do not have lights when going down from the first floor to the ground floor. Also, there is no water boiler and no clothes iron.

Struttura ben tenuta ed elegante, confortevole, con ampi spazi, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Piscine leggermente sotto dimensionate rispetto alla struttura.
