Surroundings and park

Lack of clean sheet to cover when sleeping, it was not that clean, the house and way to the house - on the water was not renovated- I felt a bit unsafe with my little sin

I like everything especially the room design and location. After times staying here, I guess this suite room is my favorite pick. Hopefully I can get to book it again next time.

Sadly the heater didn't really work, so I couldn't have warm water to shower at night after paddling. The wifi and TV were quite slow too.

The hotel area /environemnt is excellent to those love nature. Many spots for a great picture thou. Peaceful..love it.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Didn't provide any soap or shampoo but it s not problem for me as I have my own. The canteen only opens on weekend!

"You get what you paid for"

The rooms were in a good area, and price was reasonable.

Bathroom was dirty, the mangrove area looked abandoned and not maintained with rubbish in the water. Could be a very good place if well maintained.

Gorgeous house right in the middle of the mangroves. So quiet, so peaceful. The staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this place to any type of traveller

amazing place in an amazing special environment! we loved to stay here. Everything has seen better days and is a bit run down, but totally clean and comfortable. Hope they will get more tourists after Covid to find enough money for the renovation.

To be honest, I botched-up the reservation. But tehn one of the staff - I can't remember his name - went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find anothger hotel. This person was so kind and so helpful! I'll never forget his efforts to help me. I even offered to tip him - out of gratitude - but he wouldn't accept my money. truly a fine human being!
